Creative thinking contributes to both decision–making and problem solving by enabling us to explore the available alternatives.

Problem-focused coping involves efforts to deal with the source of stress, either by changing one’s own problem–maintaining behavior. Or changing environmental conditions.

  • HAVING A COMPANY:

Being a owner of company was, is And will be the best solution to tackle situations of distress.

If you have a pet’s company (say a dog ), you feel relieved when you play with him after you get over with your work .
